CHAIN TENSIONER

ALHAN® Chain and belt tensioners are the parts that always keep the chains taut in working order. The chain tensioner has three working principles as spring, rubber and shock absorber. For correct mounting patterns, the tensioner must be perpendicularly tangent to the direction of force. The head part of the chain tensioner is made of Alpolen® uhmw 1000 technical plastic. The springs can be chosen as galvanized or stainless. It is resistant up to -40 +80 degrees. The Stroke, which is expressed as the force path distance, is 40 mm. It is an economical and preferable product thanks to its resistance to friction and its constant tension function according to continuous oscillation in different directions.

In the machinery sector, chain slack in places where transmission and transportation is made, and the chain's failure to transmit transmission (hence the power) due to forcing results in damage to the chain and belt. ALHAN® Chain tensioners are used in milling machines, packaging machines, conveyors, bakery processing lines, marble and plastic processing machines, as well as in the printing and printing industries. On the other hand, ALHAN® Chain tensioners are used in machines that work with the oscillating method feeding with rubber arms, in playgrounds, industrial scales, as a door stopper and in places where there is similar tension. Rubber arms are also used as a roller press apparatus in places where springing is needed due to their shock absorbing nature.
